Good explanation for the topic.
ReplyDeleteKizen activities support organizations to benifit through small improvements. We should always look for opportunities to keep the momentum using continuous reward and recognition methods and should always pay more attention to sustain those improvements. So that the team will be more engaged with the process and support the leadership in improving productivity through ideas.
Thank You Lakshan

The blog article should importantly have three parts.
i) Introduction to the topic
ii) Global context of the topic. (How it has been practiced globally, why they practice it and the benefits of practicing the selected HR concept.)
iii) Application of the selected topic to the selected company. (Why they have to apply, how they would apply, expected benefits etc.
And finally, a brief conclusion.
Thank you sir

ReplyDeleteA Company can use suitable rewarding system to bring down wastage as a measure of positive reinforcement on it's employees. Companies also should take measures such as not to allow employees to take home the wastage FOC or at low price. Rewarding without controls will not bring expected results.
ReplyDeleteAgreed.
Deleteemployee empowerment to spread the kaizen culture you should must focus on employee empowerment .thus productivity will be improve.

ReplyDeleteThis article simply tells us that by altering simple things in our day-to-day lives, we can achieve our goals/targets. Kaizen and 5s are leadership cultures that started in Japan initially, and almost all nations are practicing the same today. As a measure of positive reinforcement for its workers, an organization should use the appropriate rewarding mechanism to minimize waste. Initiating the culture in the company may not be impossible, but once we get used to it, our work life becomes simpler. Companies should also take precautions such as not allowing workers to take home the waste FOC or at a low price.
ReplyDeleteThe purpose of Kaizen goes beyond simple productivity improvement. When done correctly, the process humanizes the workplace, eliminates overly hard work, and teaches people how to spot and eliminate waste in business processes. Overall an excellent article which explained Kaizen culture as a leading organization in Sri lanka, with examples.
